Earth Hour
PLEASE Vote with your light switch! Take part in the global turning off of lights for brighter future- 8.30pm Saturday 28 March where ever you are on this great earth of ours! It's that easy.
Yes the kids reminded me, and we all sat around in the dark...alas not in total dark because some idiot had decided that that was when the Warriors were playing, and the Crusaders, and cricket highlights, sigh.

And don't forget to buy energy saving light bulbs and use them everywhere. They really make a difference.
Fun idea. Unfortunately, I will be at a 40th b-day party at that time, so not sure if they will do this (but my lights at home will be off).
