Best laid plans...and all of that!

Opening NZ Native Flax Flowers.
Photography Lisa Sarsfield.

I was hoping to have posted the lovely papery goodies I recieved in the paper swap by now but the photo's are still on the camera. I was hoping to share with you the TWO new nests I scored last Friday when I finally got out for a walk under some trees but those pics are on the camera too. I was hoping to do some more on my Pulp Redux book...but you know what they say about best laid plans! This week has been one of those weeks when not a lot has gone the way I planned...I've been at 2 different hospitals, seen 2 different Doctors, been up to xray 2 times, the physio ward 2 times and last but not least the Accident and Emergency Dept last night! Don't worry, I am not sick... my son hurt himself playing sport and all of this drama's been over a teeny (most likely broken) bone in his hand and an adverse reaction to the medication so my hearts been with him not in my pile of papers!  My hat is off to all you Mum's (and Dad's!) who some how balance the 'job hat' each and every day! The time for creating will come, just not as soon as I planned!
I have managed to update my Lucky Dip Photography blog and one of the pics that I recently listed on the NZ Photosales website is shown above. I adore those colours and the shape of the fat flowers about to open!  I've also managed a few blog visits tonight and am feeling very inspired and I am so lucky to be surrounded by such greatness! It's true:) Thanks for all your visits and hopefully (not planning anything...lol) I will see those who I havn't caught up with very soon!
